Terms of Service

These terms apply to authorized use of the private Lewis SEO Audit System email workflow operated by Get Ahead of the Pack.

Authorized use

The rota is for its named users. Keep sign-in details private, use the service only for booking and cleaning coordination, and tell Lewis if you believe an account or message has been accessed improperly.

Bookings and notifications

The rota uses booking dates supplied by Beds24 and cleaning details saved by Kayleigh. Email delivery depends on Google, Cloudflare, and Beds24 being available. Users should check the rota for the saved cleaning date and time and refer to Beds24 for the authoritative booking record.

Availability and changes

The service is provided for internal operational use and may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Access may be suspended when needed to protect accounts, data, or the service. These terms do not change the separate terms that apply to Google, Cloudflare, or Beds24.
