Google-connected application information
Lewis SEO Audit System
A private set of digital tools operated by Get Ahead of the Pack. One connected workflow sends the minimum email notifications needed to coordinate the Kayleigh Cleaning rota.
How Gmail is used
The application requests Gmail permission to send email only. It does not read, search, or change messages in the mailbox.
When a new booking is added, Kayleigh receives its check-in and check-out dates, the rota link, and a request to enter when she can clean. Lewis is emailed the booking dates and the cleaning date and time only after Kayleigh saves those details.
Those notifications do not include guest names, guest contact details, payment details, or passwords. Booking and cleaning dates are handled by the rota service described in the Privacy Policy.
